On the application for the Bexar County Police it asks to list all traffic citations I have received and all traffic accidents. Well, I'm 31 and I can't honestly remember all of my tickets and accidents in my lifetime. Is there a way I can get a copy of my traffic record somehow?

States vary by acronyms for motor vehicle bureaus here in NC it DMV or division of motor vehicles and in Ohio it is BMV bureau of motor vehicles. You should be able to contact the folks you get your license through and they can help you get that info. Most websites will even let you download a copy of your driving history.
Your insurance rep could probably help as well, I would suggest the license bureau first. Hope this helps Bro.

If it is a TX DL you should be able to get it here:
https://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/tolapp/txldrcdr/TXDPSLicenseeManager
Of course I believe there is a small fee.

Cal,
Word from experience, If you have lived in New York contact them directly as they are shitheads about sharing things. I got an overweight citation in 1991 that I forgot about. The ticket came up in my background interview. I had printed out all the tickets and such from PA. The Maryland fiasco showed up as well as a speeding ticket in NC. I had forgotten because it was on a New York License.

Some chuckelhead 3 days on his license changed lanes into me (just clipped me) in 1996.
Go to the DMV/RMV in each state and get a copy of your driving record. Don't just run it on an MDT as that usually only shows the last 3-4 yrs.

I have been dodging the bullet and getting only warnings lately.
CAL, I put down the type of violation I had and then a 1-2 year span since it happened. Hell, I could not even remember in what state they were in as I was all around the East coast for 2 decades. As per above you can request it from the states alphabet license agency. I do not think tickets are on your Criminal History though so unless an agency requested a copy of your DL history from the particular state it should not be easily accessible.
Example of my application:
"Speeding, 1994 or 1995 in the Winter. North Carolina, unknown agency."
