That looks like a typical tour in my beat. The best one was:

(pause)

I wish Cops was following me last night.

I went to a call where this wife wanted her husband's friend thrown out of the house. The husband's friend had been drinking. Allegedly he is a mean drunk. These are a bunch of white trash bums mind you...

The husband explained to us that his friend is a mean drunk. The alcohol "changes him". He then decides to make an analogy...

"He can't drink. It changes him. Just like me. I learned I can't smoke crack! It changes me."

Lesson learned. The funny part is, he said the crack part in a tone of voice that made it sound like a genuine revelation.
