Active shooter rigs

I understand that the use of them differs from agency to agency, but I was wondering how many of you have them and what they consist of.

I have an active shooter rig...it's called patrol uniform + shotgun.

My rig consists of:
Colt M4 and my bail out bag.

Inside my bag I have ammo and a decent med kit.
Tourniquet, bandages,tape,quik-clot,shears etc. It is enough to handle GSW's and especially enough for me to treat myself if I needed it. Its nothing fancy.

In addition to my med gear I have 50 rds of pistol ammo and 6 mags of 5.56 mm.
