Interesting. This is one of the duty holsters I'm considering - I'm trying to decide if going to a Level III is a good idea or not.

Level three is a phenomenal idea. As you can see, with practice it really doesn't slow you down. You will find yourself rolling around with someone 1000 times before you have to quick draw and shoot a guy. You lose that weapon, you're dead.
RETENTION, RETENTION, RETENTION.
Don't worry about the locks on that holster. If you come in with an appropriate master grip you'll hit it every time.
I prefer the Safariland that I carry. I'll send you a PM because even though the info is out there, I don't want to post in the open about how to defeat it.
