Off duty holster recommendations

Any recommendations for a holster to use off duty? I see a lot of paddle holsters running around on police officers off duty but I have zero experience with them. Any opinion on those?

I use a wet paper bag. Or sometimes I colon carry mine.
Im gangsta like that.

Really, I use a cheap Uncle Mikes soft holster IWB. Works for me.
