Good work outs. Its a total body work out. Best thing about it is that you can pick and choose what you want to do. Can either do it for reps or time. You will feel like you did something if done right.

I saw it on TV and it looks pretty damn cool. We used to do circuit training back when for alternate PT days but this stuff can be more intense than what we used to do.

I hear nothing but positive things about it - it's a real smoker. This is currently used by a lot of the special operations folks in the army.

We have a SWAT SGT that swears by Cross Fit. He never stops talking about it. It's annoying really. He has been on it for several months now and I don't see where he's getting the benefit. One of the guys bought into it and tried it for two days. I decided not to try it when this guy told me he was so smoked he took a dump and was unable to wipe himself. He had to have his wife do it for him. [stfu] I'll take a pass. Sounds like it might really kick your ass though.

It is a smoker but you start off slow. I did a leg workout once and was hurting for a week. But it is good.
